There are many beautiful homes along these pristine lakes and waterfronts, and the towns and communities which lay along the banks of these waters are all amazing in their own little ways. The city of Marble Falls is absolutely beautiful with Lake Marble Falls giving the residents of this town an extra bonus for living here. And one of the Texas Hill Country’s most popular lakes, Lake Travis, boasts many towns and communities to choose from if you are wanting to the fun and adventure of the lake lifestyle, along with the convenience of living close to Austin. Point Venture, Lago Vista, Jonestown, Lakeway, and Spicewood are some to consider.

My personal favorites of all are Lake Austin and Town Lake, which was recently changed to Lady Bird Lake. You can find some beautiful homes in Westlake along the banks of Lake Austin, and there are a plethora of new condos and residential high-rises along Lady Bird Lake.
